What steps can I take before I need to contact you if the app is not working properly?1. Force stop the app In general, the easiest way to fix an app that keeps crashing with an error is to force stop it and open it again. To do this: Go to Settings > Apps and notifications > See all apps and tap on Sleep Restore > Tap on ‘Force stop’ Now try opening the app again and see if it works 2. Try clearing the app cache and data Follow these steps to do so: Go to Settings > Apps and notifications > See all apps and tap on Sleep Restore > Tap on Storage and cache and select Clear cache and Clear data 3. Free up storage space Apps can sometimes crash when the storage space is not adequate. You will have to clear up your storage space by deleting unwanted apps and files Go to Settings > Apps to uninstall unwanted apps and games

How can I use the apps in Flight Mode? (Marty)The reason why Marty cannot listen to music in the flight mode is that when you enable flight mode you disable your phone's ability to connect to cellular or WiFi networks or to Bluetooth. This means you can't make or receive calls, send texts, or use the internet. I assume Marty uses OvercomingPain app or SleepRestore app, these apps receive music from the server, and in flight mode you cannot use the internet which means you cannot access servers. For example, Calm and Confident app works in flight mode because it doesn’t use a server - all music downloads to the device during installation The good news is I think Marty doesn’t need a flight mode. As far as I understood he just wants to switch his phone off for the night. For this purpose there is another special mode - Do not disturb. Here it is on iPhone, the icon of the Moon, right above the flashlight. And Marty can use his apps with no problem under the Do not disturb mode

Is there a way to play tracks indefinitelySure you can play tracks indefinitely. Here's the logic behind icons: 1. At default, you can see no numbers next to the "Loop" button at the right bottom corner. This means when the current track will be over you'll start listening to the next track in the playlist. 2. When you tap on the "Loop" button and see 1 next to it, this means when the current track will be over it will start playing again (the same track) indefinitely, not once 3. When you tap again on the "Loop" button and see 2 next to it, this means when your current playlist will be over it will start playing again from the first track (the same playlist) indefinitely, not once

Does BLS work from a phone without headphones?Yes If you just close your eyes and listen, even though the BLS is coming from a single audio source, you should Notice your brain processing it left right ie bilaterally. I discovered this by accident. I think its because there is a slight Difference in pitch between the tones, even though there shouldn’t be because it was all done electronically etc. Try it (without headphones).

Should I be closing my eyes and listening to the BLS or should I be keeping my eyes open and watching the blinking lights as I listen to BLS?Should I be closing my eyes and listening to the BLS or should I be keeping my eyes open and watching the blinking lights as I listen to BLS?
